ESPHome Bluetooth Proxy ESP32-Solo YAML

NOTE as of Feb 2023 it has been found that the single core ESP32 chips have issues booting/attaching to WiFi. There are errors about bluetooth traffic which might be too much for the single core ESP32 to process. I'd recommend a dual core ESP32 based device.

ESPHome YAML Configuration to create an ESP32-Solo (Single Core) Home Assistant Bluetooth Active Proxy. This file can be used as a base to adapt to other ESP32-Solo Devices such as Linkind Switches/Dimmers Gen1, Shelly Plus 1, and more.
